Sofia Plakantonaki (Faye) has studied Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and has completed a series of accredited courses at the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences – Department of Textile Engineering. She received her master’s degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in the field of Environment and Health. Currently, as part of CRE.THI.DEV, she works as a Project Manager or Quality Manager for Erasmus+ projects, including DESSINO. She speaks fluent English, French and Greek and has extensive knowledge of design and engineering software packages.
