Dimosthenis Papakonstantinou holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (University of Athens, Greece) and an MA in Design Management from De Montfort University of Leicester. He has worked in ELKEDE, Technology & Design Centre as its Managing Director (1985-2004) and as Board Advisor (2004-2009). As an active member of local administration since 2003, and as Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of Pendeli since 2014, he has experience in organizing and executing projects for the benefit of the local communities. Today he deals with ERASMUS PLUS and Interreg-MED projects as project manager.
